Oetker Collection is a hospitality group owning some of the most luxurious and exclusive hotels in the world.

Oetker operates globally, and as part of a complete rebrand required a new multilingual website and powerful booking platform.

AndAgain carried out a full UX audit, establishing personas, developing user journeys and A/B testing prototypes to ensure the customer experience was super intuitive and the booking process slick and simple to use.

Customers can book services, rooms, suites, buildings and even a private island, so the site interface, design and assets had to truly reflect the luxury status of the brand, buildings and resorts.

The platform was built as a multisite instance, showcasing the group company as well as providing each hotel or resort with its own website underneath the group umbrella.

A complex, but flexible modular content management system was developed so that admins from around the world could maintain the website, whilst only being able to manage content relevant to them, using secure permission settings.

We developed a booking engine integrated with several APIs and backed onto Salesforce CRM.
